Bank Manager
A bank manager must be responsible for the operation of the financial institution. It is the responsibility of the manager for the staff that works in the bank from the hiring process through to the training and supervision. Communication is a very critical aspect of the job and the bank manager must be able to communicate and effectively supervise all employees.
The bank manager is also responsible for increasing or maintaining the deposits on hand at the bank. This may mean developing incentive programs to increase the customers that use the bank or developing programs that encourage savings of existing customers.
