How do I know if a course qualifies for continuing education credit?
Available credits for each program are listed on the marketing publication, as well as online.
Can I receive continuing education credit in more than one state for a single course?
You may receive credit for as many licenses as you hold. There isn’t a limit as long as the credit has been approved.
I am unable to find the continuing education credit I am looking for. Does that mean you do not offer it?
Contact the Continuing Education Department at 866-352-9540 or creditinfo@lorman.com with a request for the specific credit. We will do what we can to assist you, but note that fulfilling your request will depend on the type of credit.
Is partial continuing education credit available for an uncompleted program?
Partial credit depends on the type of continuing education credit. Please contact the Continuing Education Department at 866-352-9540 or creditinfo@lorman.com for further details about a specific credit.
If I completed a program before the end of the reporting period but have not reported it yet, am I still in compliance?
Not all accrediting agencies adhere to the same policies. Please contact the accrediting agency for their particular rules regarding compliance.
How many continuing education credits can be earned through an OnDemand webinar?
The number of hours approved will vary depending on the type of continuing education credit. Please contact the Continuing Education Department at 866-352-9540 or creditinfo@lorman.com to inquire about a specific credit.
How do I obtain verification of attendance for reporting purposes?
Certificates of Completion are provided to each registered attendee. If you are attending a full day seminar, they will be available at the end of the day. If you have completed a teleconference or OnDemand program, your certificate will be emailed to you within two weeks following completion of the program. If you have misplaced your Certificate of Completion, email a request to creditinfo@lorman.com.
Can I receive continuing education credit for viewing an OnDemand webinar?
Yes, Banker Resource’s OnDemand webinars are approved for various continuing education credits. Be sure to check the credit listing on individual programs to see what credit is available.
How do I request continuing education credit for viewing an OnDemand webinar?
When logging into the program, you will be prompted to choose from the available credits for that program. The registered attendee is the only person who can receive continuing education credit for the OnDemand webinar.
How do I get continuing education credit for attending a teleconference?
A link to request continuing education credit is provided in your confirmation email. If you have misplaced your confirmation email, you may also request your credit here. Only registered and paid attendees will receive continuing education credit.
Can additional listeners on a teleconference receive continuing education credit?

OnDemand

What is an OnDemand webinar?
OnDemand webinars are self-paced online programs that allow you to earn continuing education credit at your convenience. Each program includes a downloadable PDF reference manual.
How do I log in to start my OnDemand program?
The login page is located at http://www.bankerresource.com/online. To log in, you will need your Order ID and email address. This information is located in the confirmation email you received after purchasing the OnDemand webinar.
How long do I have to access the program?
The OnDemand webinar may be accessed up to 90 days after the purchase date.
How many times can I access the OnDemand webinar?
You may access the program as many times as you would like for 90 days after the purchase date.
Can I receive continuing education credit for viewing an OnDemand webinar?
Yes, Banker Resource’s OnDemand webinars are approved for certain continuing education credits. Be sure to check the credit listing on individual programs to see what credit is available.
How do I request continuing education credit for an OnDemand webinar?

My OnDemand webinar is not functioning properly. What can I do?
Your firewall may be blocking access to Banker Resource’s media server where the audio file is hosted. Please have your IT team check to see if les.media.s3.amazonaws.com is being blocked.
Adobe Flash 9+ with Javascript enabled is needed to view the program. Get Flash Here!
If you are having trouble with the audio, check the volume levels on your computer, as well as on the program itself.
If your slides are not advancing, hit the “sync” button below the slides.

Can I stop or pause the program?
Yes, you may pause, stop or rewind your program at any time. If you leave the player and log back in, you will pick up where you left off. You can also fast-forward portions after you have watched the entire program.
Can I use my Season Pass to purchase OnDemand webinars?
Yes, many Season Passes include OnDemand webinars. The details of your Season Pass are included in the confirmation email received after purchasing a Season Pass. Please contact Jon Ippel at 866-878-9329 if you are unable to locate your confirmation.
Can I access this program from a different computer?
Yes, you can use your Order ID and email address from any computer by going to http://www.bankerresource.com/online.
Can multiple people be logged on at the same time?
There is no limit to the number of viewers per phone line, however, only the registered attendee will receive continuing education credit.

Teleconference

What is a teleconference?
A teleconference is a live training program in which the audio is accessed over phone lines and the written materials are accessed via the Internet.
How do I access the teleconference?
Once you have registered for the teleconference, you will receive a confirmation email that has instructions for accessing the audio and reference materials. The confirmation email will provide a toll-free number and a PIN to access the audio, and a link to access the reference materials.
How do I access the reference materials?
Your confirmation email includes a link to the reference materials for your teleconference. The reference materials are typically available for download a day or two before the teleconference.
What is the webinar viewer?
Not every teleconference will have the webinar viewer. The webinar viewer is an online PowerPoint® presentation that the speaker will manipulate. You can access the webinar viewer through a link provided in your confirmation email. Internet access is required.
What if I can’t find my original confirmation email?
Check your junk mail or spam folder for confirmation@lorman.com. If you are still unable to find it, contact our Customer Service Department at 1-866-411-6211 for a new one.
My PIN is not working. What should I do?
Make sure no one else from your company has already dialed in. Each PIN is only good for one line connection. If no else has dialed in, continue to enter your PIN followed by the # sign. After 3 or 4 attempts, you will be forwarded to an operator who can connect you to the call manually.
I got disconnected or we had to change phones, now what?
It usually takes the computer system between 30 seconds and one minute to recognize your PIN is no longer connected. After that time, you should be able to dial back in using the same PIN.
What if I continue to experience technical problems during the teleconference?
Contact Customer Service at 1-866-411-6211.
How many listeners can we have on a teleconference?
You will be able to dial in on a single phone line but there isn’t a limit to the number of listeners on that line. However, only the registered attendee is eligible for continuing education credit.
How do I get continuing education credit for attending a teleconference?
A link to request continuing education credit is provided in your confirmation email. If you have misplaced your confirmation email, you may request your credit here. Only registered and paid attendees will receive continuing education credit.
Can additional teleconference listeners get continuing education credit?
More than one person receiving continuing education credit depends on the type of continuing education credit requested. Only registered and paid attendees will receive continuing education credit. How do I ask the speaker questions during the teleconference?
At the end of each teleconference, the lines are opened and instructions on asking a question are given by the operator.
If the speaker is using the webinar viewer, questions may be submitted throughout the teleconference presentation.
How late can I register?
You may register online up to one-half hour prior to the teleconference. For last-minute registrations, please call our Customer Service Department at 1-866-411-6211.
Where can I find detailed information about the program?
A detailed agenda for each program may be found on our website, http://www.bankerresource.com.
I don’t see my topic listed. Does that mean you don’t offer it?
We list our course schedule on the website approximately three months in advance. The topic you are looking for may be available in the future or available in another format. Please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-866-411-6211 for assistance in locating additional offerings.
How do I register multiple people for the same program?
When registering online, you may change the quantity in your shopping cart. The quantity box is located to the left of the program title. Be sure to click the Update button after changing the quantity. You will add the additional attendee’s information in Step 3 of the checkout process.

Cancellation Policy, Payment Options,
Questions and Customer Discounts

How do I apply a discount toward my current purchase?
Online
Register as you normally would. In Step 3, enter the credit information in the dialog box. You will need to choose a payment method - we will apply any valid discounts before invoicing or charging a credit card.

Phone
Call us at 1-866-411-6211 and our Registration Department will assist you. Mention the discount you're using and we'll be happy to apply it to your order or registration.

Mail, Email or Fax On your registration form, simply provide the discount code or note that you have a discount and wish to apply it to your order.
What is the cancellation policy?
Customer Credit
You can receive customer credit for the amount paid. This nonrefundable credit is valid for 12 months and can be applied to any of our seminars or bookstore items. The credit is transferrable to anyone within your company.

Transfer Registration
You may transfer your registration to an alternate course OR send a substitute attendee to the seminar in your place.

Audio Recording/Manual Package If the course is being recorded, you may substitute your registration for the CD/Manual Package from the seminar at no additional charge (we waive the $20.00 product difference, as well as sales tax and all shipping costs).

Partial Refund
If cancellation is more than six business days prior to the date of the seminar, you may request a refund less a $20.00 registration fee per person, $30 in Canada.

What payment options are available?
We accept American Express, MasterCard and Visa credit card payments. We also accept checks and money orders.
I want to purchase online but don’t have a credit card. What are my options?
Register as usual and on Step 3 of the check out process, select “Pay by Invoice/PO/Check” as your method of payment.
Do you accept purchase orders?
Yes, we accept purchase orders. Please include a completed copy of the registration form.
Do you offer discounts for government agencies or nonprofit organizations?
We offer a $25 discount for both government agencies and nonprofit organizations. This only applies to seminars and teleconferences.
Where can I get a copy of Banker Resource’s W-9 Form?

Why don’t the charges on my credit card match the confirmation I received?
There are multiple scenarios where the charges may not match. The most common scenario occurs when your credit card has not been charged because the product portion of your Best Value Package has not been shipped. Please call our Customer Service Department at 1-866-411-6211 for additional details.
Why is my credit card showing double charges?
Typically, this is an authorization hold that is placed before we charge the card. The hold is usually removed within 24 hours but may take up to one week.

Seminars

I need special accommodations. What should I do?
All of our seminars are held in facilities that are handicap accessible. If you have other needs, please contact our customer service department two weeks prior to the seminar date.
What should I wear?
Casual business wear is appropriate and a light jacket or sweater is recommended for your comfort.
What about lunch and parking?
Unless otherwise noted, lunch and parking are on your own. We select seminar locations that have eating establishments within the facility or nearby for your convenience.
What if I only want to attend for one-half day?
Half-day rates are available on full-day seminars. Call our Customer Service Department at 1-866-411-6211 for more information.
Will I receive course materials?
Yes, your course materials will be provided when you check in the day of the seminar.
Are multiple attendee discounts available?
Contact our Customer Service Department at 1-866-411-6211 for the most current multiple attendee rates.
How late can I register?
We have an open enrollment policy for all of our seminars. Registrations are accepted up through the day before the seminar. Additional materials are kept on hand for walk-in registrants the morning of the seminar.
